As we know many of the local estate agents we can often obtain details of properties that are new onto the market before they are officially released!
- If a property matches your criteria we'll view it ourselves and compile a detailed report on both the property itself and its location. We'll include photographs and an honest, balanced account of our findings, making sure you are aware of any potentially negative aspects, however small.
- We can arrange to escort you on a tour of the area of Devon or Cornwall that you are interested in, make appointments to view your 'wish list' of suitable properties and accompany you on viewings.
- When you decide on a particular property, we'll negotiate on your behalf and liaise with the vendors, estate agents and solicitors to ensure your transaction runs smoothly right up until completion.
